Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Very few of us go through life without being worried at some time or another. It may be a concern shared with several people or a personal worry known only to you, such as a bereavement, ill health, a relationship issue, a separation or a divorce, or it may be difficulties at work or at home.
Perhaps you feel low and don’t know why, or maybe you just don’t feel yourself. Maybe your problems are hard to explain or to share with those close to you or you don’t feel that you have any one to turn to. You may be finding a relationship difficult or there might be a specific issue or life event that you are finding hard to deal with and want help with. These difficulties may be affecting your quality of life, relationships with others or your emotional well-being.
There are so many reasons why you may be considering counselling, that you are aware that you want things to be different, but don’t know how to make that happen.
Counselling is a talking therapy. It can offer a way for you to explore thoughts and feelings, in a safe and confidential environment, which you may feel unable to share with anyone else, and it can help to allow you to look at them in different ways. I will not give you advice or tell you how to solve your problems but my aim as a counsellor is to support you in gaining the confidence and capacity to support yourself.
